The standard processing time is 3-5 business days.  Shipping can take 7 or more days depending upon your preferred method of delivery. 

~Recheck to ensure all the information (personalization, shipping address,..) is correct before checkout.
~Actual color may be slightly different from the image due to different monitor and light effects.
~Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

~We cannot accept returns and exchanges, because all items made by personal request.
~We can accept cancellation after 2-4 hours of your purchase.
~We will replace your item if it is damaged or defective. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the item.
~We will REFUND/REPLACE the item as soon as possible if there is a mistake on our part, please give us an opportunity to make it right before you leave FEEDBACK.

Proofs are emailed within 2 business days (M–F). You’ll get 1 free modification; additional edits are $5 each. Printing and shipping are completed within 4 business days after approval (M–F).
